Our Staff, multilingual and hailing from the region, in order to best know the city and the surroundings and guarantee valuable advises, is organized in the same way as in a big Hotel; it is also constantly trained and kept up to date about themes concerning its specific job.
Our Concierge service, available by the reception, desires to be a sort of “Personal Travel Agent”: advising you and reserving cafés and restaurants; contacting an external catering service in the nights you will not feel like going out for dinner, for a meal to be eaten in our room; booking tickets for Theatre shows, Arena Lyrical Opera Festival, or events in the area; organizing wine and food tours and cultural trips with professional guides.
Curiosity: We have an established Staff, who has been working together for years: the Manager started her cooperation with Novo Hotel Rossi as long as 20 years ago; equally, the Reception Staff has been working with us for more than 10 years.
