The desk staff were very friendly and helpful with all information and needs and made our stay as enjoyable as possible! The rooms are small, but comfortable, typical European style. The location was perfect due to the proximity to the train station, so we could walk there with our luggage and about a 15 minute walk to Piazza Bra. Buses and taxis are right by the train station.
