3 euro for a half hour of internet seemed a bit steep. Other that this, we had and enjoyable stay!

The lady who prepares breakfast during the week is particularly good.
The use of a bicycle is a major attraction and I am disappointed that I now have to give the hotel a full indemnity. Why cannot a small charge be made to cover insurance?

In general, I think that the practice of keeping guests' passports for hours is unacceptable. I know it happens in hotels in Italy and I know I should have been aware of the fact that the passport was not with me when I left the hotel. Still, what the hotel needs to do is take the passsport, use it for its needs, then immediately return it to the guest. I spent too much time in central Verona, getting the hotel's phone number (true, I should have had it with me to begin with), buying a phone card then trying to use it, just to call the hotel and find out that the passport was there.
I was very pleased with the welcome, also the internet connection was excellent - this is the only thing I didn't like about your hotel. So please, a passport is a personal belonging and should be kept at the hotel for the shortest while possible.
Thank you for the questionnaire.

The room is nice and spacious. The hotel stuff is also helpful.
