The Roman amphitheater, located in the historic centre of Verona and commonly called the Arena, is one of the great buildings that characterized Roman architecture.
Since 1913 the Arena is the largest open-air theater in the world, where, during the summer, the famous Opera Festival takes place.
Such use has preserved and saved the monument from decay.
But the Arena is also one of the best stages for pop and rock singers and bands as well as for musicals and international gala.
