Loved that we could use the bikes, but had to be told. This option should have been communicated better.

*We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the best of all our hotels in Italy.
*We appreaciated the fruit basket and chocolate !
*The staff were very professional and pleasant !
* The signage at the the train station was very helpful.
*This was our favourite hotel of the 4 we stayed at in Italy.
* the only suggestion is that the double beds not be two singles put together as the centre part is not comfotabel, otherwise a very enjoyable stay !

The only negative was the wi-fi/internet supply. It was very expensive at 3 euros for 30 mins or 8 euros for 2 hours.
Nowasays we expect if not free wi-fi certainly at leas access charged poer day and at a reasonable price.
