Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Very friendly with the children and helped us alot with our needs. We asked to have 2 adjacent rooms and they made the best to accomodate us.More of a four star than of a three. Keep up the good work and standard.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly and efficient and it's very convenient for the train station. Our room was calm and comfortable; the only problem was that the shower curtain was slightly broken.
The hotel also provides a coach service to and from the opera (for a small additional charge).
